great family-friendly stay with minor pool issue

The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast options were excellent, with multiple choices that kept us feeling satisfied. The staff went out of their way to serve us breakfast even after the official hours, a kind touch. This hotel is located near a mall and several dining options, made our outing convenient.

The swimming pool was temporarily unavailable .

I don't think the sheets were changed the first two nights.

The location was really handy and convenient in a busy area, next to San-Francisco / Bay Area and the adjoining West Valley shopping mall and Starbucks. I loved staying at hotel and will definitely visit place for next time.

The continental breakfast was O.K. The scrambled eggs were horrible! I usually like "powder" eggs BUT these had an awful gritty texture & tasteless. The fruit was not sweet at all. But lots of restaurants in area. And our fridge didn't keep our leftovers cold, just cool. We had to throw our food away.

they don't allow pets, small pets would be outstanding.

Indoor swimming pool, Spacious rooms with unique layouts, Good proximity to the freeway

The freeway noise makes it hard to sleep!!! Directions to the hotel were confusing, and cleaning services seemed inconsistent!!! Air conditioning units were either too loud or ineffective, quite disappointing!!!

The staff and the cleanliness

No power at the Desk, awkward room layout, poor value for the money

Quiet, clean room, nice bed. Very comfortable space. The buffet breakfast was decent. The front desk staff were all friendly and welcoming. This hotel was within walking distance of the shops. We felt safe there.

The indoor spa was unavailable. ☹ I know the price could have been cheaper, had they taken either auto club or aarp discounts. The room should have been about $10 cheaper per night.

All fine, but air conditioning issues.

Nice and clean with a good variety in the breakfast buffet

Your elevator was not working most of the time and it was difficult managing stairs carrying luggage to the 3rd floor. Also I suggest you add small safes in each room for storing valuables.

fairfield would alloa small pets, our chuchua very small and large part of our adult family, just the 3 of us. we travel nation wide and many trips to AZ. We reall enjoy fairfield inns.

Portable AC was ineffective, too cold to sleep.

Everything was clean, comfy and staff was Awesome!

The room was exceptionally nice, I had really great experience.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Everything was awesome at this small hotel. The staff was wonderful and fine, took good care of everyone.
